- Mr. Cytryn successfully arguing against the Florida Supreme Court adopting the Daubert Standard on September 1, 2016. The Florida Supreme Court ruled 4 to 3 not to adopt the Daubert Standard on February 16, 2017. Ultimately, this was confirmed by the Florida Supreme Court in the Delisle case. The likely result of this successful outcome is that more people will have access to the courts and more cases will be decided by the jury, and not the judges.
