Medical malpractice is a very common problem that our law firm handles. We handle most cases against physicians, hospitals, nurses, and other medical professionals. HMO medical malpractice is another problem that is common as a result of financial incentives to doctors, which can encourage them not to refer patients to specialists, and even to refuse to hospitalize patients requiring hospitalization.
